OUR MISSION
Rhema Christian School is committed to providing a Christ-centered and Biblically-integrated education emphasizing three core pillars: Biblical Worldview, Academic Excellence, and Character Formation.
Biblical Worldview. A worldview is the lens through which one sees and interprets the world. We seek to instill a Biblical worldview in each child, where they view the Biblical story as the true account of reality (Romans 12:2). They will know that every person is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), and they will find truth, identity and purpose in Jesus Christ. This foundation equips each child with clarity and courage in the world (1 Corinthians 2:12).
Academic Excellence. We strive for excellence in the holistic education of each child (Proverbs 22:6). We seek to create a school culture where educators are committed to ongoing learning and are oriented towards best practices (Colossians 3:23). We believe academic rigor paired with caring and responsive teachers helps to guide each child into their God-given potential, and celebrates each child's unique gifts (1 Thessalonians 5:11).
Character Formation. We aim to help each child cultivate the character qualities that reflect the heart of God and equip them for success in life (Ephesians 4:23-24). In a culture that heavily focuses on self above all, we foster a culture of worship, prayer, and service to others (Mark 12:30-31). As we encourage our students to live out their faith, we want to see each child mature into fully devoted Christ followers who act with wisdom and integrity (Ephesians 4:13).

Our Philosophy of Education
We believe that a distinction of a Christian school should be its God-centered view of man and truth as presented in the Bible. Man was created in the image of God with the capacity to have a personal relationship with God and his fellow man and to take dominion over creation. Man willfully sinned and broke all relationships, resulting in his subsequent sinful nature. In His mercy, God has provided regeneration and restoration through the life, death, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. God is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe and is at the core of all life. The universe, being dynamically related to Him, is the expression of His truth; therefore, there is no separation between secular and sacred truth, as all truth is God’s truth.
